When a customer orders products from the Activity Park Veijari online store they must provide the information requested on the form. The information is saved in the online store’s customer register. Activity Park Veijari is responsible for using and storing the information appropriately. For more information, see our description of file.
A binding contract of sale enters into effect once the customer has submitted their order into the online store’s system. The customer will receive an automatic order confirmation for their order. The customer must save this order confirmation in case there are some unclarities later. The customer will receive a printable PDF receipt of the tickets they have purchased that will serve as their entrance ticket to the park. This receipt is exchanged for entry wristbands at the park’s ticket booth. When the customer orders a ticket gift card, a printable gift card is sent to their email address.
Terms of the season pass
- The season pass is personal (when the season pass is purchased for a person under 15 years of age, it also grants entry to one adult guardian)
- The season pass is valid throughout the summer season 2022 according to the park’s opening hours
- The season pass may not be handed over to a third party
- The season pass must always be presented at the ticket booth prior to entry and the pass holder must prove their identity when needed
- Acting in a way that breaches park rules or doing damage in the park results in the cancellation of the season pass
Product prices on the Activity Park Veijari online store always include the value added tax in effect at the time.
Ticket products ordered from the online store are delivered to the customer’s email address.
PAYMENT TERMS AND PAYMENT FORWARDING SERVICE
- The products are paid for when they are ordered. Payment methods include the online services of all Finnish banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki
- Accepted card payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express
- Mobile payments: MobilePay
The company responsible for providing and operating the payment forwarding service is Paytrail Oyj (business ID: 2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is marked as the recipient of the payment on the customer’s bank statement or credit card bill and they forward the payment to the seller. Paytrail Oyj is licensed to operate as a payment institution. In reclamation situations we ask that you primarily contact the supplier of the product.

Activity Park Veijari’s ticket products and gift cards are delivered to the email address provided by the customer in the form of printable PDF tickets. The ticket products and gift cards are exchanged for entry wristbands at the park’s ticket booth upon arrival.
The ticket products and gift cards are valid for one year from the day of purchase, but it must be noted that they must be used during the ongoing season within the opening hours of the park. Purchased ticket products or gift cards may not be exchanged for money and there are no refunds for partially used tickets.
When purchasing experience gift cards and group tickets one must pay attention to the minimum purchase amounts. The recipient of an experience gift card must also reserve a suitable day for the experience themselves by directly contacting the park. With other tickets and gift cards the visitors may arrive at the park on any day of their choosing within the opening hours of the park.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND RECLAMATIONS
Products purchased from the online store of Activity Park Veijari have a 14-day right of return counting from the day when the customer receives the order confirmation, excluding campaign products or tickets that are only valid on a certain day.

Activity Park Veijari is not responsible for problems in ordering or product delivery resulting from third parties (e.g., payment service providers). We reserve the right to withhold the delivery of products in situations where an error in the system has allowed the customer to buy products at a significantly altered price, for example. In such an event the order may be cancelled and the paid sum is returned to the customer.
Activity Park Veijari is not responsible for damages resulting from a force majeure situation. Here force majeure means a surprising change in circumstances that no one could be reasonably expected to have anticipated. Activity Park Veijari will notify its customers of any possible force majeure situations as soon as possible.
